Who writes this

I run Kahani Express, a Hindi storytelling Shorts channel, and I started this blog to write down what I am learning while building it. Not after I “make it,” but while I am still figuring things out. I wanted a place where I can be more honest than social media allows.

Most creator advice online feels polished. My process is not. Some experiments work, some fail quietly, and many lessons are boring but important. This site is where I keep those notes in plain language.

What to expect

I usually publish once a week, sometimes less. Posts are short, practical, and based on real upload decisions: hooks, workflow, retention, Shorts strategy, monetisation realities, and creator tools that are actually useful.

The tone will stay simple and direct. No grand promises, no “secret formula,” and no product selling. Just an honest record of what I am testing and what I am learning.
